Winston Churchill's Morris Oxford Comes Up for Auction

The last car that Winston Churchill owned and drove is coming up for auction on 9th March 2013

The pale blue-grey Morris Oxford Series VI was registered in May 1964
It comes with a full set of documents, including a log book bearing his signature and has had six previous owners.

With an indicated 7,802 miles it is said to be in full working order.
After Churchill's death in 1965 the car passed to his wife, Baroness Spencer-Churchill.
It spent much of its life in a museum.
